Who it's for

Built for teams like yours

  • Teams outgrowing shared hosting or a single hand-configured server
  • Startups preparing for launch or a jump in traffic
  • Engineering teams without a dedicated DevOps or platform engineer
  • Companies whose cloud bill has grown faster than their usage

Problems we solve

What usually goes wrong

Risky, manual deployments

Releases depend on one person and a checklist. Automated pipelines make every deploy repeatable and reversible.

Outages you hear about from customers

Without monitoring and alerting, problems surface late. We set up alerts that reach the right person first.

Surprise cloud bills

Over-sized resources and forgotten services add up. We size infrastructure to real usage and make costs visible.

Security gaps

Shared credentials, open ports and no backups are common. We apply least-privilege access, secrets management and tested backups.

What we build

Services within Cloud, DevOps & CI/CD

Each one can be scoped on its own or combined into a single engagement.

Cloud setup and migration

Account structure, networking, access control and separate staging and production environments on AWS, Google Cloud or Azure, plus migration from shared hosting.

CI/CD pipelines

Automated build, test and deploy pipelines with staged rollouts and one-step rollback.

Infrastructure as code

Environments defined in Terraform or similar tools, version-controlled and reproducible.

Monitoring and incident response

Metrics, logs, uptime checks, alerting and runbooks for the incidents you are most likely to face.

Cloud cost optimisation

Right-sizing, autoscaling, storage and reserved-capacity reviews, with cost reporting your finance team can read.

Managed hosting and operations

Ongoing patching, backups, monitoring and support if you would rather not run operations yourself.

Deliverables

What you receive

The exact list is agreed in your scope document. These are the deliverables most engagements include.

  • Current-state audit with risks, costs and a prioritised fix list
  • Architecture proposal with trade-offs explained
  • Environments provisioned with infrastructure as code
  • CI/CD pipeline with automated tests and rollback
  • Monitoring, alerting, backups and incident runbooks
  • Handover documentation and a walkthrough for your team

How an engagement runs

4 phases, each with a clear output

You review and sign off at the end of every phase before the next one starts.

  1. Audit

We review your current hosting, deployment process, security, monitoring and spend.

    Output Audit report and priorities

  2. Design

We propose an architecture and pipeline sized to your traffic, team and budget, with trade-offs explained.

    Output Architecture proposal

  3. Implement

We provision environments as code, build pipelines and apply security baselines, all tracked in version control.

    Output Working environments and pipelines

  4. Operate or hand over

We hand over runbooks and walk your team through them, or stay on to run operations under a retainer.

    Output Runbooks and operating model

Engagement models

Ways to work with us

Every engagement has a written scope, milestones and a named point of contact.

Infrastructure audit

A fixed-scope review of your setup with a prioritised list of fixes.

Best for Knowing where you stand

Setup or migration project

A fixed-scope build of environments, pipelines and monitoring.

Best for New launches and migrations

Managed operations retainer

Monthly monitoring, patching, backups, cost reviews and support.

FAQs

Common questions about Cloud, DevOps & CI/CD

Should we use AWS, Google Cloud or Azure?

All three are capable. The right choice depends on the services you need, your team's experience, existing contracts or credits and where your data must be hosted. We recommend one based on those factors rather than a default preference.

Can you reduce our cloud bill?

Usually there is room to. We look for over-sized instances, idle resources, storage that can move to cheaper tiers and workloads suited to reserved or spot capacity, then implement the changes and set up cost reporting.

Do we need Kubernetes?

Often not. Many products run well on managed container or serverless platforms that are simpler and cheaper to operate. We recommend Kubernetes only when your scale or architecture justifies the extra complexity.

Can you migrate us from shared hosting without downtime?

We plan migrations to keep downtime to a minimum, using staged cut-overs, data syncing and a tested rollback plan. Any expected downtime window is agreed with you in advance.

Who owns the cloud accounts?

You do. We work inside accounts registered to your company with access granted to us, so you keep full control and can remove our access at any time.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes, through a managed operations retainer. Support hours and response times are agreed in the retainer, based on the coverage your product needs.
